Nick Saban Alabama football coach spilled the beans a few weeks ago so the announcement on Thursday was rather a formality.
The Crimson Tide officially recognized its agreement to play Michigan in 2012 at a meeting of the competencies of traditional college football season opening.
The new stadium in Arlington, Texas cowboys on September 1, 2012 site, game will be televised on ESPN or CBS, according to the UA press release. Playing time has yet to be determined, while the version had called a kickoff of prime - time.
It will be third neutral site starting from Alabama in a period of five years, beginning in 2008, when the tide played years back with back at Atlanta Georgia Dome against Clemson and Virginia Tech, respectively.A home with the San Jose State game opened the season 2010.Starter 2011 has been set, but is not expected to make a game site of neutral, with a road trip to Penn State, scheduled for next week.
